Pax Calima® offers automatic functions and settings that can be controlled through the dedicated mobile app.
Default settings include continuous operation with a flow rate of 30m³/h, rising to 60m³/h when a presence is detected in the room, and peaking at 95m³/h when high humidity levels are sensed, such as during a shower. The fan returns to the standard 30m³/h flow once moisture levels normalize.
For more personalized settings or additional features, users can download the Pax app from the App Store.
The Pax app is compatible with Apple devices running iOS 13 or later.
In case of power failures, a red LED on the fan alerts users when the calendar function is active. The issue can be resolved by syncing the app with the fan.
To activate the app, a unique code specific to each fan is required. This code is located on the back of the user manual.
The mobile app allows for easy control over various functions and environments. Users can customize settings for different models like Calima, Lavente, Norte & Bora, allowing them to serve as heat transfer units, backdraught shutters, or be manually operated. The app also features a calendar function for scheduling different modes based on specific days.
Additionally, users can pair and link other devices like the Momento heated towel rail with a Calima range fan to automate processes based on moisture levels detected by the fan.
The Pax app further enables users to manage profiles with different electrical connections ranging from 100-240VAC to 12VDC, adapting to various power requirements across different models like Calima Auto, Switches Operation, Moisture Control, Heat Distributor, among others.
